[Resolved] Ava Merchandising — DEFECTIVE PRODUCT | |
I placed order for berg tandoor with Ava merchandising. My order no. is IC 5935 dated 10.3.09. I was delivered defective product (berg tandoor). I lodged immediate complaints over their helpline many times over phone but to no avail. Also sent complaints by email to them. But till date, they neither replaced defective product nor gave refund. I too got a Spy pen at IGI airport after arriving from Aurangabad to Delhi flight of Jetlite. V v sory to say that i could use it only twice and now it does not get recognized on laptop nor gets charged i guess. Also the pack which i bought was a open one and there was no driver CD along with the pen
