[Resolved]  AVA Merchandising Pvt Ltd — Non Delivery Of Item Purchased

Dear Sir,
I had ordered one no "Monalisa Pearl Set, Round Shaped (490) Code 798. Order no[protected] Dated 08/03/2008.This was an item as Gift Promoted By AVA Merchandising Pvt Ltd whose Address is given below and tie up with Standard Chartered Bank, Through which I had done the Payment of Rs490/- only

The payment has already been collected by AVA through SCbank credit card.
On enquiring from the customer care of AVA they say they have despatched the item through thier courier 'First Logistics Courier' giving the consignment no[protected] Dated 15/04/2008 but till date the courier has not delivered. When talking to the AVA people they say pl take up with the Courier as in thier records it say the Item has been despatched on 15/04/2008. Ther is no Tel Ph no available of the courier nor with the AVA people. I have called n no of times to these people but always the same answer ie' your item will reach in 7 days time'. I have got fed of talking to these people but till date no response.
Although the value of the item is only 490/= but harassment is immense by talking to them and I feel that they have cheated me for such an amount and thier casual attitude.
The customer service people of AVA are not connecting me to the people on top of that group for even talking and sorting out the matter.
Hence I request you to please do something so that this type of harrassment is not done to us.
