Dear sir/mam, I have made an online transaction of mobile recharge through AVENUES INDIA PVT LTD MUMBAI on 31/08/2011 through easymobilerecharge.com site.But my transaction was failed and an amount of Rs.102/- have been deducted from my bank a/c.But when I checked the transaction status in easymobilerecharge.com site it was confirmed that my recharge was failed and also if any amount is deducted from my a/c then it will be forwarded to my a/c within 3 o 4 days.But still now the amount is not come to mya/c.The transaction details is: 01-Sep[protected]Sep-2011) POS PRCH POS[protected] AVENUES INDIA PVT LTD MUMBAI 102.00 kindly do needful and forward the amount to bank a/c no:[protected].
