naresh jain to customerservic., care, complaints show details Jan 2 (1 day ago) Reply I have taken three Policies four years back. I went to Aviva to surrender the Policies. 1. For LSG 1140990 I have paid Rs.60, 000/-. Aviva says surrender value is only Rs.29141/-. 2. For LSG 1140972 I have paid Rs.60, 000/-. Aviva says the surrender value is only Rs.31986/-. 3. For LLG 1140980 I have paid Rs.40, 000/-. Aviva says surrender value is only Rs.17175/-. They have not informed on what basis and neither their representative/agent has bothered to visit. I have take on policies four year back i went to Aviva to surrender the policies no EPG 1276321 Ihave paid 75000 four years back.I want to surrender the police.
