[Resolved]  Aviva Life Insurance Company India Limited — Form-16 Not Provided

Dear Sir,

It is to state that I worked with Aviva Life Insurance Company Indiat Limited from 11-Aug-2009 to 31-May-10. Further, after leaving the organization, the company has not issued Form-16 (Salary Certificate) and the Tax Deducted at Source Certificate to file Income Tax Returns for FY 2009-10 & AY 2010-11.

When contact their officials several times, they do not seem to be interested in taking pains in releasing my Form-16.

Pls suggest the way forward.
