[Resolved]  Aviva Life Insurance (Life Bond 5 Policy Policy No;lbd1885856) — forgery & fraud

I was falsely committed by company representative & without my proper knowledge & my policy has been started now I am feeling cheated of my hard earned money.
I have requested them to suspend my policy, return all my investments with interest, and settling all my claims & oblige.
but since more than a month has passed they say that they are conducting an invsetigation they need 10 days but after that more than 20 days have passed nothing happened now please tell me weather i will get my money back or not?

I have very clearly mentioned them that since the on set of my policy "that till now I was not concerned as thinking i have to have one or other life insaurance policy why not this one, but now as the person who has commited huge returns is suddenly vanished form the AVIVA company office (i.e, from office of ;-AVIVA LIFE INSURANCE civil lines, nagpur) & the current price of MY policy is of 15644/- of about 25200/- of my hard earned money(i, e.loss of nearly 9000/- ruprees or fraud of 25200/-?), so kindly tell me what should i Do now, I m cheated & falsely commited."
Today if its a loss of 9 thousand rupees, IF I CONTINUE with the policy then after ten years it will be 90 thousand loss of my hard earned money & also there is no assurance that your parent company will not vanish away like their representative.I have instructed the bank to stop further ecs clearance from my bank account, I dont want to make any further payments to AVIVA till the matter is resolved.

As per their request I have waited more then 30 days, if the matter is not resolved now then I will have to get court restrain orders for stopping the payments.

I ve left with no choice but to launch a police complaint for forgery, fraud & 420

And approaching consumer forum to settel all settelments including all my payments made to AVIVA along with compensation for mental harrasment, fraud & 420,

Kindly help to get me back my hard earned money back
