[Resolved]  Axis Bank ATM — MISBEHAVED BY ATM SECURITY

Dear sir/madam,
I am a regular ATM user for different purpose and also I and my family has account at Panihati Branch, Axis Bank (Current and Sevings), also my business friends are also using your Bank for business purpose from my reference. I have no obligation regarding the link fault which was happened on 01.10.2011. I went so many times to your ATMs in different places.
On 01.10.2011 at 09.15 p.m when I went to Axis Bank ATM (which was situated near Rathindra Cenema Hall, Sodepur Station Road, Kolkata: 700110) for withdrawal of money, then Mr. Pradeep Sharma (on duty security of AXIS Bank ATM, Sodepur Station Road) told me to "go go nothing is happening here and get out". I asked him that what is the reason for not working the ATM, then he told me that he does not know the reason. After that I told him if you do not know the reason then let me check with my ATM card and if not working then I obviously could know the reason. Then Mr. Pradeep Sharma replied with very soundly that AXIS Bank does not need any customer to develop the service and told me and other ATM visitors (more that 10 people) that to close the account of AXIS Bank and to open in other Bank. At that time I tried to remember him that customers are the main utilty of any service industry and I may inform these misbehave to AXIS ank Authority, then Mr. Pradeep Sharma told me to note down his name and to make complaint against him and also told me that no authority of AXIS Bank could ask him for these behaviour. I and other presented there to using ATM service are very much offended and I think this may be the bad impact on AXIS Bank.
I request to look forward the above, as our Business friend circles are using your service because of good relation provided by you. If you will take any action then I will circulate the above incident to my family and friend circle who are using current and savings to your Bank.

Use of ATM Card — Behaviour of Security Guard at ATM

I have salary account with Axis Bank Worli Branch and I regularly use ATM card for Cash withdrawal. While withdrawing cash on Saturday 1st Nov, 2008 at 18.55 hrs from ATM at 90 feet Road, Mulund (East) the behavior of security guard was very rude and insulting.
As per the standard norms nobody is allowed to enter in the room when a person is making an ATM transaction like withdrawal of cash.However, to my surprise the Security Guard not only allowed another person to come inside but started making argument when objected. His behavior was very arrogant particularly to my wife who was accompanying me.

I appreciate the Customer care should take note of this and take immediate action against such security personnel. Kindly send the details of your action by email.
