[Resolved]  Axis Bank — ATM MACHINE PROBLEM

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is regards to withdrawal of money from Axis bank ATM Machine. I am kishore working in private limited. when i tried to withdraw the money from the ATM the machine was hanged there was no one to help, and then tried twice but the money was not withdrawn, later when i checked the my bank statement i saw that 10000 rs money was withdrawn from the same ATM , I COMPLAINT TO MY HOME BANK ICICI BRANCH , BUT THE COMPLAINT WAS NOT TAKEN SERIOUSLY, later even i did second followup with my branch even they checked the statement and said that you have withdrawn the money, and even i have the proof of the statement that atm machine had a problem, in my statement it shows that 1800 rs was withdrawn and even it was reversed back to my account. where i have not tried to withdraw that much of amount in the same atm. finally no one helped me. Kindly i request any can help me on this to get my money back
