[Resolved] Axis Bank — Car Loan | |
Hi... Axis Bank is one of the work banks I have been assoicated with. Customer care virtually does not exist !! There is no number where you can actually dail into and speak. I purchased a Car, and Axis bank has provided finance to it. I signed ECS. It is now 5 months, and they have not got the ECS right. Last month, a Collection agent called me for the 3 months due money. And they claim that I am a defaulter. I wrote a mail to the customer care, no response so far. Question. If ECS does not go thru on a specific date, where there were enough funds in my bank account, then how can they call me a defaulter? I requested that I should get a call from Bank not Collection agent. Inspite of all this drama last month. The same continues this month also. This is a nightmare Was this information helpful? | |

not recharging
An Amount of Rs. 103/- has been debitted from my account last weak for mobile recharging, but still iam not getting recccharge amount.
