Axis Bank — Hidden Charges of Axis Bank | |
Axis bank despatch me 2 cheque book in one quarter by mistake of bank for that they have deducted charges from my account. after somany calls to customer call centre and branch they agreed to refund the amount if I give back one cheque book to bank. I request them to consider that the other cheque book in next quarter and refund my money. but they are not agree and force me to contact bank with cheque book. to contact bank i need to take leave from office which is not possible. i give them other option like courier, atm or after 6.00 pm i can contact bank but they are not ready for that and told me to ccontact bank. for a notmal amount of the Rs 55 i have already spent lot of rs on phone call and now i have to contact the bank or forget my money. before this bank has deducted Rs. 660 from my acoount which was refunded after 100s of call and lots of follow up at the bank. wrost ever service has been given by Axis Bank. There is so many hidden charges which they told free at the time of account opening. My heartly request to all the citizens of india is that Please Stay Away from Axis Bank as they are only intrested in your money which they want to deduct by any way from your account. they are mantely harras the customer Was this information helpful? | |

It depends how you behave and aproach them, the axis is supposed to the best pvt bank.
