[Resolved]  Axis Bank — cheque bounced because of bank mistake

sir, This is for ur kind attention that i hv deposited my axis bank cheque(058867) worth Rs 7000 only in State bank of Patiala ,Hisar in favour of Sachin Arora Car loan acoount on 24th February but the bank has refused to clear the cheque on 25th February because of insufficient funds but there are RS 13443 in my account at that time .when i talked to concerned person in State Bank Of Patiala they told me that Axis bank has refused to clear the cheque. I talked in Axis bank Branch regarding this and found that system has not shown rejection of Cheque I want to know that how can this cheque is bounced without entering into the system, how is it possible . I have signed(from Axis bank Authority) rejection slip of my cheque along with my Axis Bank rejected cheque, which I have collected from state bank of patiala. I Talked in ur branch then they told me sorry regarding this and advised me to deposit this cheque again in state bank of Patiala . I Talked to customer care no., the concerned lady named ms Sangeeta told me that this rejection of cheque is not shown in their system. This is a big mistake done at your end why should I suffer ? I want apologise letter from the bank Authorities so that I can provide the same to state Bank of Patiala in order not to mention my name in Defaulter’s List, otherwise ihv to take legal action regarding this. Please go into the matter and revert back to me as early as possible. I am attaching scanned copy of rejected cheque along with axis bank slip. Sachin Arora A/c no. Axis Bank — cheque not found

I have S/B A/C No. [protected] at khan market branch new delhi. I had deposited a chque of SBI IP estate bearing No. 674992 dt. 21/06/2010 for the Rs 30000 in your Bank at swastya vihar (preet Vihar) Delhi on 23/06/2010 but the same has not ben credited in my acctt. so far.

I equired in the above both branch of your bank. I have told that your cheque has been sent to green park branch instead of khan market branch inadvertantly.
you are requested to take action into the matter personally and the interest amount of delay may be given to me.
