I AM FROM KOLKATA{WEST BENGAL} I HAVE A SAVING ACCOUNT IN AXIS BANK AT BARRACKPORE BRANCH
MY ACCOUNT NO. IS [protected] I HAVE SUBMITTED A CHEQUE A ON 24/3/2008 IT WAS A ACCOUNT PAYEE CHEQUE THE CHEQUE NO. IS 225299{STATE BANK OF INDIQA}
BRANCH=HALDIA PORT
TILL NOW THERE IS NO CLEARNCE AND WHEN I ENQUIRE IN THE BANK THEN THE BANK STAFFS BEHAVE VERY RUDELY AND CANT TELL THE ACTUAL DATE THAT WHEN IT WILL BE CLEARED.
SOMETIMES THEY TELL THAT I HAVENT DEPOSITED THE CHEQUE BUT I HAVE THE RECIEPT WITH BANK'S STAMP ON IT .
PLEASE HELP ME OUT .THE CHEQUE AMOUNT IS TEN THOUSAND.

This is to inform you that my account number is "[protected]" and my name is ARINDAM. I applied for the savings account with debit card in the month of April, 2008 and I received the kit on 01st May, 2008. I was informed that I will receive the ATM PIN within 2 days from the day of receiving the kit. But till today i.e. 7th May, I have not received the PIN number and for that reason, I am unable to activate my account. I don't know why so much of time is taken for this! I got some feedback of this bank about the service which quiet good. But I think it's nearly one month to get an account to be fully activated! Can anybody believe that in today's market scenario, TO OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT, IT WILL TAKE ONE MONTH TO FULLY ACTIVATE !!! And if you call to the bank, they will just keep on telling you the same story WAIT, WAIT and WAIT !!! I am totally frustrated with the kind of Service of the AXIS BANK.
