Axis Bank — NON DELIVERY OF ATM CARD PIN AND BLOCKING INTERNET BANKING FACILITY

Dear Sirs,

I am an savings bank account (salary account) holder of Axis bank of Bhopal Branch. My ATM card was expired on 31st August 2008 and bank has sent me new ATM card automatically. However, after passing almost two months, bank has not sent my ATM pin to use card. Bank has also blocked my internent banking facility since 45 days. I have sent several request letters to bank and their complaint forum.

Regret that despite so many requests and reminders bank has not resolved my problem. Now, I am facing big problem in transations as I can not book my air/train ticket with internet banking and even can not with money from my ATM card while on out of station. I offten use to go on tour and ATM card is essential for me.

I am a Sr. Executive in a MNC, Can I go for legal prosecution against bank for not provinding ATM pin and internet facility. I am always maintaining more balance in my account than required minimum balance in my account .

REGARDING WRONG WITHDRAWAL

Dear Sirs,

I am an savings bank account holder of Axis bank of S.P. Verma Road Branch at Patna. My Account number is [protected]. On 03/10/2008 at 10.00 (AM) My Son tried to withdraw Rs. 6000/- through ATM, at Ashiyana More. Raja Bazar Patna. The ATM Machine displayed that transaction being prcessed and I recieved only slip of withdrawal of Rs 6000/- but ammount did not delever by the ATM Machine. In this connection I have made a complaint with above branch. Concerned official who is dealing with ATM transaction is not paying any heed to my complaint and saying that according to him this transaction has been successfully completed. Sir despite of my repeated requests neither they are paying any response to my complaint nor they are trying to prob the matter thoroughly. Even Security Gaurd present at the ATM counter at the movement is also agreed that I did not collect any ammount from the machine and recieved only transaction slip. I have sent one witted request letters to bank on 25/10/2008 and in reply I recieved a reply from the Bank, in which they again intimated that my above transaction has been done successfully.
Regret that despite so many requests and reminders bank has not resolved my problem.
I am a serving as a Astt. Sub Inspector in CRPF and presently posted at Sopore, Baramulla (Jammu and Kashmir) and facing a lot of problems due to reasons explained above.
It is agains requested to Kindly look into the matter personally and issue necessary directions to the bank to ensure necesary formalities/ necessary enquiry from Security Gaurd on duty and concerned staff of ATM transactions and restore above ammount in my account please.
