I am having my salary account from 11.10.2010 in Axis Bank, R.A.Puram Branch. My account no is [protected]. I made Cash with drawl of Rs.5000/- at Axis bank ATM centre at Koyambedu, Chennai on 11.11.2010 evening 6.25pm and fount my account balance is Rs.10109/-. The next day (12.11.2010) morning when I loged into my internet banking service to make transaction I came to know that there is only Rs.310/- in my account balance.
The statement of my account states that there are 24 transactions made via internet without my knowledge. Representing internet payment gateway “CCAvenue.com, Vodaphone bill”. I contacted Axis bank, R.A.Puram branch on 12.11.2010 there is no proper response and guidence from them. Branch people are not ready to take written complaint from me; they said me to contact Bombay head office. I have called to[protected] made complaint regarding the same and blocked my account mailed my complaint to [protected]@axisbak.com on 12.11.2010, debit.[protected]@axisbank.com on 13.11.2010 and. Again on 17.11.2010 I have contacted[protected] to get details regarding my complaint on 12.11.2010 the spokes person advised me to contact my account beanch office R.A.Puram, chennai. Again I met R.A.Puram chennai branch today (18.11.2010) there is no proper response.
My query is I made Atm with drawl on 12.11.2010 of Rs.5000/- at 6.28pm and found my account balance to be Rs.10109/- but statement says there are 9 transaction made between timing 13:29 to 16:18 which not refleted in my account during my atm with drawl at 6.25pm (18.25). In my account statement these 9 transactions are being updated after Atm with drawl.
I am very much sure that I have never disclosed either my account details or Debit Card details or internet paswords to none others.
I have attached my Bank Statement, ATM with drawl receipt dated on 11.11.2010, presentation to explain the illegal transactions happened in my account.
I kindly request you to help me in clearing this issue. My Account Branch is not responding properly.
