Dear sir/ madam, I am having Axis Bank Salary Account. The details of Account Number given below. Name : Shahith Basha Account No: [protected] Customer ID :[protected] Branch : Kanchipuram I have given a request for Cheque book on 29/12/2012. Till now I didn't get any response from the Bank side. I went directly to the bank three times to ask about this. There was also no proper response. Please kindly take this complaint and make arrangements in getting the cheque book as soon as possible.
