I have paid thro Axis Bank Ch, no.824554 dated 11 April 2009.But still Iam receiving SMS messages for non payment.The cheque was dropped in dropbox. Today Ihave received a message to pay with penality which is not acceptable as iam not at fault. As this is my first transaction, request you to waive offf the penal interest. I have a Gold Credit Card Holder since 2007 which converted to platinum last month and got the PIN 05 days back thru Courier boy, the due date of payment is been kept almost last day of month i.e 30th or 31st sibce inception of card issue

Would like to know whether The payment due date would be change to first week of the month or Not ???? or else I Submit my Card to bank and discontinue the services from Axis.
