[Resolved]  Axis Bank Credit Card — Regarding ADD ON CARD

hello Sir

i have applied for ADD On card around one month back twice .once thru bookpost and 2nd time thru Blaze Flash Courier....along with tht i also requested for credit limit enhancement but till now i havent got add on card nor i got any enquiry....when i enuire in customer care they said they havent recieved the form....

so wht shud i do now...

i have applied for ADD On card when i have applied for the credit card.i have registerd complaints against this for rm.i have regsitered complaints in mumbai office.they told me they will forward my request to concern department but i have not recvd my add card.what will i do/
