[Resolved]  Axis Bank Credit Card — I don't need your credit card

i dont need ur credit card, i recieved ur confirmation calls two times and i refused both the times to avail your credit card
although u send me a statement charged rs200 and now you are sending me statement having penalty on your due amount
hence i am not responsible for your statement and i am unable to contact your customer care and at atm also there is no facility to talk to customer care
cancell this card(card no. [protected])
please dont force me to take any legal action against your bank thank you

I am Rajeswary Thunga.I am having Axis bank credit card.i dont need ur credit card because u send me a statement of annual charges, joining fee and i am unable to contact your customer care and at atm also there is no facility to talk to customer care and there is no drop boxes for payments.please cancell this card(card no. Iam Anishia Jain.I'm having Axis Bank Credit Card([protected]).I've not used my credit card yet, but still i'm receiving bill statement on this card.In between (on Jan 30th 2008) an amount of Rs.2, 207.83 has been deducted from my account.I contacted the Customer care several times, but didn't get any good response.So please cancel this card & pay my money back.Please don't force me to take legal actions against the bank.
i didnt receive my statement for the last 4 months and i had sent the new mail address already ..to my surprise, i dont get any statement to my new address till date...pl update and confirm action at your end ... to ur ref, i wd again give my new address...
