I have been following up with customer care several times regarading non availability of credit pard PIN by phone and by mail. The only answer they give is " PIN will be sent to Billing address by ordinary post" and whenever we call they further tells that PIN has been delivered and they se3nd mail that PIN has been sent once on 03.10.2008 and second time on 15.10.2008 but I have not received the same yet where does it go if they have sent the same to correct address. Moreover I had requested them to forward the same by registered post or by courier. But they denied that suggession saying we don't have such systems
I once again confirm you that the payment will be heldup untill I receive the same at my end. You are not suppose to levy any penal changes and I am not bound to pay such charges for non payment.
