[Resolved] Axis Bank / Debit Card — improvement in service | |
I have opened my account a month back in UTI bank & having account no.[protected]. Local bank ( Kakinada, Andhrapradesh) says that my debit card pin has been posted and delivered but that wa not happend. To-day[protected] is the last valid date of my AXIS BANK DEBIT CARD NO. [protected]. I had received new AXIS BANK DEBIT CARD few days back but till date I have not received the PIN. Kindly take necessary action as soon as possible.

i was submitted my application form on dt02.08.08 but there are some delays from your bank is that i was got my book kit on 20.08.08 witout pin code from 20th august to till date i can not get it another one is that i want to iconnect service this is also not activate. My customer id is[protected]. i hope u will do some fast action.

received a new a/c no : 675338 by sms but i have not received
atm card & kit pls see that matter & send on following address.

im getting a problem in night time my adsl signal goes and takes more than hours to get connect some time i m not using also being signal is weak from bsnl department also the speed of broadband is very slow like 20 to 30 kbps

Amount is debited without Informing
Hi,I have a Salary account in Axis Bank, in Koramangala Branch, Bangalore. I want to inform that they are deducting amounts in the name of "Consolidated DP charges " from my account without informing me. I didn't get any notification for that. Please take action why they are doing like that.

Iam unable to access my debit/ATM card as it has been locked .The validity of the card is upto Sep-2009.Kindly activate the same as I am unable to do any transaction through ATM for the past 4 months.(FYI that i have sent a letter to the chennai office, but there was no response from there)please contact through mail.
