Axis bank has deducted money without information which is no authentic. And axis bank employee misguided us.
The Details mail I am attaching here :
Dear Sir/Madam
I have a savings account with Axis bank Branch Name Udaipur, Central Road, Tripura. The Bank deducted Rs 529.22 on April 01, 2014 and 529.22 on May 26 2014 ( two times ) without any prior information from my Demat account as We have closed our demat A/C last year as last year mail also attached here. but the same incident has happened this year. Executive of the Branch intimated that no charge will be deduct for next time. Whereas this year also they deducted Rs 529.22 on April 2014 and also Rs. 529.22 on May 26 2014 ( total - Rs. 1058.44 ). I think every month they will deducting from my account.
They even did not inform me even after deducting the money which I came to know after checking the ATM and also informed them. Now as I have come to know a Bank should inform it's customer before deducting the amount.
The concern person of Axis Bank Udaipur, Tripura Branch, is not able to provide me with any satisfactory answer to the deduction.
Please look into the matter as urgent with a solution and try to return back money within short time. It is very urgent.
