My Debit Card against my saving account no. 70054 with Kakurgachi Branch, Kolkata got expired in August'13. Whenever I tried to call the Branch there is no one to receive the calls. The branch has got 5 nos. out of which 1 No.[protected] is always hanged up/engaged even after banking hours & the other 4 nos.[protected],03,04,05) never responds. Than after my repeated mail to the Nodal Officer & Head Office the same was delivered on 15.09.13 that also without PIN.
The card alongwith the PIN should be replaced atleast 15 days before the expiry of the old card, so that customer don't face any problem in transactions, but the bank failed to do so, due to which I suffered combined losses of Rs. 50000/- beside mental harrasment. Today also I called up the branch bu they failed to respond. Hence, kindly help me to recover my losses beside compensation for harraasment. Was this information helpful? |
