[Resolved]  Axis Bank, Durgapur — Refused Home Loan without giving any cause and did not refund cheque

i applied for home loan(20/11/2007) to Axis Bank ,they did not approved the loan without giving any cause,I got the deny letter on 10/01/2008. they also cleared a cheque on 05/12/2007 cheque no 13233, amount Rs750.00 o[censored]BI.Asansol.When i requested to refun the amount they misbehaved,abused and denied to have any conversation.
The matter must be looked upon and necessary steps should be taken
