My name is Nitin Asthana, I have a savings account at your bank, but I am facing a lot of problems with the services your bank is providing me. what happened was I lost my Debit Card in December 2009 & requested for a new card, I got my new card but when it comes to recieve my PIN, I never got it when I inqured about it I got to know that it has been expired & I've to reapply so I did that on December 19' 2009 but again didn't get it. It was even fine because I was able to do my transactions with my cheque book now what happened is from feb 1st they stopped my all the transactions due to some incomplete paper work. I mean how can you imagin about incomplete documents after 3 years my account was opened in October 2007 & I never had a problem after 3 years, now I am in a condition thatI can't use my money.
This is not fare I need an answer & resolution of this problem as soon as possible.
