There was 2 unsuccessful transactions happened last week, 2nd June through the international Travel card. Amount was $60+$113.41. Online Merchant has confirmed that the compnay has not charged as the order got rejected from there Verification department. But Still Bank has not refunded the money to my card. I have send the email to bank but it is over 7 days and the money is still not refunded to my card. I am returning back to India on 13th June and woudl not be able to use this international card in India. My Money would be gone. I need the bank to get the money immediately credited to my card. There is no reponse from the bank. I have called twice to them since yesterday but no confirmation if money would be refunded by 12th june.
