Axis Bank — Mutual Fund Misguide

I invest RS. 5 lac in mutual fund on jan 2013, while investing mutual fund axis bank executive misguide me and tell me fake information. he told me that there is guaranteed refund of 10% yearly and today i am unable to collect my principal amount. they also told me i can break this mutual fund anytime but they did not told me there is penalty of 1%. now im stuck let me know what can i do.
