[Resolved] Axis Bank — No Credit Received for my debit card as per protocol | |||
Hello Team, I would like to thank you in advance for the efforts that you will make to get this issue resolved. I have an account with Axis Bank and made an online transaction through the website http://esselworld.in/entry_rates.html on the 28th December, 2012 at 14:36 pm to book online 5 tickets for Water Kingdom which went through the payment gateway of Axis Bank and the transaction went through of what you could see in the screenshot attached and also got a booking number for the same. As per the Essel World rules I was suppose to receive an email with the tickets, however I did not. When followed up later with Mr. Umesh (a/c’s dept Essel World) with the booking number and confirmed that they have not received any amount of Rs. 4830 and asked me to check with my bank. On calling the Axis Bank Customer Service, I was told at first to send the details to debit.[protected]@axisbank.com with all my details and the nature of my complaint. I followed my protocol and as per the rules and the email that I received from the bank till date says that if the claimant does not claim the amount mentioned above in 14 working days from the date of the transaction then the Bank will credit the funds back to the account. So far, I haven’t received any credit in my account till date and when I followed up with the branch on Hill Road Bandra (W), they told me the same thing that they will raise a critical complaint and have not got any revert from any one so far. I am going Out of the Country for good on 21/01/2013 and will not be able to follow up and that’s what I told the bank people as well, but they said that as per master card rules it takes 45 days for the credit to happen which I was not informed about from the start. The matter of the fact is that I have also made the claimant speak to the Axis Bank employee Nashrin Gangani from Hill Road Bandra (w) branch who checked that the claimant acquires a/c in the same Axis Bank, but my efforts were in vain. Hence, I am clueless and very annoyed and thought of registering an official complaint to you people, since its my money and I am not able to get it when I want it the most. I am also attaching the screenshot of the transaction in the mail for your reference Please help me resolve my concern at the earliest.
