Axis Bank — Not sending bank statements after 1000 times complaints and then asking for money to get statement | |||
Hi, I will disclose bank account only if needed. I'm Axis bank customer since about 10 years(since when the bank was UTI). Since 1.5 yrs I'm not getting bank statements on regular basis,I have done complaints in branch office many times and even on customer care but there is no action taken. Whenever I need bank statements,I need to go to bank and they ask me for money to get my statement printed. Is this your new way AXIS bank to collect money from people? DON’T RESPONSE ANY MOBILE CALL IN THE NAME OF CUSTOMER CARE. BECAUSE THERE IS SO MANY FRAUD PEOPLE WHO CALL U IN THE NAME OF CUSTOMER CARE & AFTER TAKEN YOUR ALL DETAIL LIKE ATM DEBIT CARD NO. AS WELL AS PIN NO. THEN THEY WITHDRAW MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE. SO BE CARE FULL. IF POSSIBLE GO & MEET YOUR BRANCH MANAGER OR CALL CUSTOMER CARE TOLL FREE NO.
