[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Overcharge of penalty on credit payment

Dear Sir, I am regular user of Axis bank Platinum Credit Card and i generally pay my dues on date or 1day before thru NEFT but from last 2-3month Axis bank charging me late payment fee and other charges, when asked reason behind charging penalty etc they said we are not getting your payment on time. i was surprised why bank is not getting payment on time while i am using Axis ban web portal for NEFT payment while payment was deducted on same day so from last 2-3 months my approached was let go. but again for August 2013 statement i saw penalty etc. while i already made a payment before due date now asked to ban for reversal of penalty etc. but Axis is not listening Pls. help me.
