i m the consumer of personal loan.i was visited for repayment of loan to m.p nagar branch .hence it was being late, due to heavy rain.this matter was already discussed with mr.Gaurav. i have decided to close the loan within 15 days ,thats why i am not go through ECS process,All these things were cleared to the loan agent. But today evening when i was reached to pay the check which is for 5th july. Mr Anurag Pawar who is the man with bad behaviour ,attitude told me that ,you have to go through ECS process. we suffered, due to you upto 2 month.he insulted me like illitrate,infront of 5-6 people.This is my personal recomend that,please don't behave like bad manners you have with consumers.we pay also to bank with intrest.
