[Resolved]  Axis Bank Raja Park Jaipur — NON CLOSURE SAVINGS BANK ACCOUNT

the customer service of the branch is in lowest ebb. all staff having aristocratic attitude,they are master of dailiatory tactics,therefore i wished to close my sb account no.[protected]. account from such branch.but my request not attended to. my request is lying in dustbin. the branch manager does not like to listen over telephone.he is not fond in branch even in business hours. i request pl get closed my account proceeds be send on the address available with the branch.

THE SERVICES OF THE BRANCH ARE THE WORST,BRANCH MANAGER IS NEVER FOUND ON THE CHAIR, THE FRONTLINE STAFF IS UTMOST DISCOURTEOUS SPECIALLY MS NEHA. IHAVE ACCOUNT NO.[protected] I REQUESTED TO CLOSE. I WAS ASKED TO PUT APPLICATION IN RECEIPT SECTION. WHEN I COMPLAINED TO ONE MR. MAHESH HE TOLD WE WILL SEND THE PROCEEDS TOMORROW. NEXT DAY HE SHOWED HIS INABILITY.WHEN T REQUESTED TO GET CONTACTED THE BRANCH HEAD,AFTER GAP OF 10 MINUTES MR. MAHESH TOLD HE IS[B.M] NOT IN OFFICE.THIS IS OUTCOME OF MY POINTING OUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN SHABBY CONDITION. THE ENTIRE STAFF NEED COUNSELLING TO EMPATHY TO CUSTOMER
