[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Refund for failed transaction of rs 4000

I did a transaction of rs 4000 from axis bank atm, sector 18, noida, transaction no 4527, from my card no [protected], at 10:21 hrs, atm transaction got declined, no money was disbursed by atm but money got deducted from my nre account, after one month of follow up with bank, bank today refused to refund the money, tried to register a complaint in police but they also denied to file a complaint, pls help.
