[Resolved] Axis Bank Salary Account — Change of of salary account into savings account without the consent or customer or without any intimation. | |
Respected Sir, Through you I would like to state my grievance against Axis Bank, Nirman Bhawan Branch, New Delhi. That I opened a salary account with the bank while working in M/o Health & F.W. However, on transfer from this office ECS credit of salary was stopped from August, 2007 onwards. While depositing a cheque for Rs.56000/- into my account I came to know that Rs.671 has been deducted by the bank. the same was brought to the notice of the bank in writing but despite reapted requested no reply was received from the bank. Howeve, on checking over telephone, Mr. Mukesh an employee of the bank informed verbly that my account has been converted into saving account due to non-receipt of salary and deductions have been made on account non-maintenance of minimum quarterly balance. I requested him to send the details of rule where the bank can change one account into other without the knowledge of the customer. However, despite my two reminders no written reply has been received. In fact they have made some more deductions for the same reasons. I shall be grateful, if you could kindly help me for getting my hard earned money back which has been deducted by the bank. Thanking you. Respected Sir, Through you I would like to state my grievance against Axis Bank, sec-18 noida. That I opened a salary account with the bank while working in Spice Bpo . I resigned there so salary was stopped from August, 2009 onwards. While depositing a cheque for Rs.3225/- into my account I came to know that Rs.720 has been deducted by the bank.If any customer don't have knowledge then how is it possible deduction of money without any information or reminder. I requested you to send the details of rule where the bank can change one account into other without the knowledge of the customer.Now i want open my second account then it is not opening also. I shall be grateful, if you could kindly help me for getting my hard earned money back which has been deducted by the bank. Thanking you. Your sincerely seema rani yadav
