[Resolved] Axis Bank / Services — Internet Banking Password | |
I had Applied for Change in password for Internet banking. I faced this problem because I had not received Internet banking password at the time of account opening. I had given an application for change password on 1st of march 2008 in Axix bank, Senapati bapat road, Pune branch. The Employee told me to collect password in next week ie on 8th march 2008. I went there on 8th march 2008, but bank itself had not received any password for me.So they told me that whenever password comes will be sent to me by mail. On next week ie on 15th March 2008, I went there again but still they have not received password for me. The reason i came to know was my application was not sent to head office. So i spoke to Operation manager of axis bank. They again told me to fill new form for change password which i filled & Operation manger commited me that next week password will be generated for me and will be sent to me at my office by some Axis bank person. Till date i have not received any mail or any kind of reply from Axis bank. This really ridiculous service from Axis bank. Mayur K [protected] Was this information helpful? | |

We have not give the any self cheque of last three-four month, but Rs. 2500/- in lossed of my A/c No. [protected] on Date 20-Feb-2009,
