[Resolved] Axis Bank — Cheque Book Not Received

Hi,

I Have choose Cheque Book option from vaishali & other nearest ATM"s of Axis Bank , Ghaziabad many times, But its been more than 6 months I havent Received my cheque book.. My Account No is [protected], Gurgaon Branch..This Types of Services is created lot of problem as my Account is in gurgaon branch & its not possible for me to visit each time to branch for minutes things...

Please Help & do the Needfull ASAP & Help me in Issuing my cheque book to my Home Address

I had applied for cheque book on 30 Sep. I had been told within 5 working days i will get the cheque book in my communication address. On 12th October i received a message from the bank saying that they could not reach out to me so the cheque has been sent to the home branch. Now the bug stops here...
&gt; I never get a call from the vendor regarding the delivery of the cheque book.
&gt; As i reached to the branch they said till now (14th Oct) they have not received it and even they can not communicate a ETA on the same.
&gt; When i call to Customer Care number they always put the IVR on. and i need to go through the same process without having any answer

Now where is my cheque book and when will i get it.

I M K AWASTHI REQUESTED FOR A CHEQUE BOOK FOR ACCOUNT NO [protected] THROUGH AXIS BANK ATM MACHINE ON 10 JAN 2015 BUT THE SAME HAS NOT RECEIVED ME TILL DATE RESULTING ME HUGE FINANCIAL DIFFICULTY. PLEASE INTIMATE PRESENT STATUS////
