[Resolved] Axis Bank — WRONG DEBIT ENTRY OF Rs.6127.83 | |
My customer ID of Axis Bank is[protected] I noticed on 27/08/2012 a debit enry of Rs.6127.83 was made by my Axis bank in my salary account ending 93772 of Senapati Bapat Road, Pune sating that a purchase was made from Life proof Sandiago which is not done by me. I sent emails describing this incorrect entry in my account to the following email ids: ON 27/08/2012 to "211.RM1" mail facility provided by net banking of Axis bank & "[protected]@axisbank.com", "SenapatiBapat.[protected]@axisbank.com", "salary.[protected]@axisbank.com" They asked for dispute form duly filled and signed through mail and I sent the scanned copy of it on 29/08/2012 to "debit.[protected]@axisbank.com" . I have blocked my ATM cum debit card. So far nothing has been heard from them and the debit entry still not reversed. I want this issued to be resolved & investigated.
