My father in law had ATM card of Axis bank. Customer ID.[protected], Mr.P.K.Gopinathan Nair, Gitanjali, Perunna East, Kottayam Dt., Changanassery, India Pin.686102 Scheme Code Pre-paid Annuity Card A/c.Currency Code INR. Account No.[protected].
On[protected]two transactions @ Rs.10,000/- each) and on[protected]two transactions @ Rs 10,000/-- each) four operations made at Changanassery SBI ATM counter, but in these transactions no cash is received from the ATM counter. Last day I have taken statement of account in that Rs.40,000/- is debited in the account for these four transactions. The amount is not received from the ATM but the amount is debited in the account. I humbly request you to take prompt and necessary action for crediting the amount in the account. the details of transactions are:
