[Resolved] Bag It Today / Reebok Fitness Kit — Order not received even after 1 year | |||
Complaint No: 703682 HDFC Bank AUTH CODE - 058160 Booking ID[protected]given during IVR transaction) This is a long pending order for which I have been following up with India Today Book Club and Bag It Today for more than 1 year. Pending order is for REEBOK FITNESS KIT with booking ID[protected]. What I understood from customer care department is this booking ID (paid by credit card) got punched in under another booking ID[protected] which was Cash On Delivery due to some mistake in their system. I had paid the amount by credit card on 01 Nov, 2009 for Rs. 3199/- and the amount is debited from my credit card account. Credit Card statement was forwarded multiple times. Also the AUTH CODE given by HDFC BANK for this transaction is 058160. Order details are as follows. 1. Reebok Track Suit - Extra Large 2. Reebok Shoes LITE - Size 10 3. Reebok Bag & Towel 4.
