I have booked on rebok shoes from india today book club or bagittoday on 30th november 2009 and below mentioned is details is the confirmation recieved.

Since last three month i have been continously calling the toll free number and sendingmails to but till date i have not recieved the shoes infact i have ask to reverse amount but till date no answer from bagittoday.

"Hottest Sale of the week: Reebok Roller Coaster Shoes @ 60% off with Free gifts worth Rs 8999" on 12th May 2010. I have not received the items yet, I contacted them by email, they said my address was wrong, although my address was 100% correct, then they told me they will send it again, they have been promising in email that I will receive the items soon, but so far nothing happened.
I asked them for refund, now they don't even respond my emails.

I think this is a fake company, the guys behind this company are cheaters. This company should be closed.

Hi all,
I ordered "Reebok All-Purpose Backpack" on 23th April 2010, [ Order Id: 0GA[protected]], I have not received the items yet, I contacted them by email and phone call. But every time they told me they will send it next 10 working days, they have been promising in email that I will receive the items soon, but so far nothing happened. I was waiting for last 4 months... :(

This is a fake company !!!.

BagItToday — Not deliver the item

Hi Sir,

I have bought a reabok shirt from bagittoday.com. I have paid the money 400 Rs. I have done this on september 3rd 2010. The bagittoday is still not given me the item which i paid for. I have tried to call them a number of times. Sometimes they take and say it is done we will send you it by tomorrow. Sometimes they just cut the call, after i wait for a long introduction to select each option to speak to custom care.
Following are the detail of my order.
Once i have got a mail from them by saying to contact them. But their mailbox never works as i get failure message and their custom care stutus is as explained above. Please do something for this.
