BagItToday — Bagittoday.com------The cheater

I have purchased LG KF240 from bagittoday.com on 4th Jan 2011. Order details are-

Order no - TRNPL/DLI/10-11/175655

I recieved the product on 5th Feb 2011.The delivered product has lot less feature than the described one.

Few dissimilarities----

1. Screen was mentioned 3'' but actual screen 2''

2. It was mentioned its a touch screen phone but it was not.

3. Internal memory was told 176 MB but actual internal memory is 20 MB.

4. It does not have side scroll as described.

5 . It doesn't have document viewer, Pre installed Google Maps , touch optimized browser.

I have screen shot of the product description page. This is a CHEATING.

Please help me to file a case in consumer court against bagittoday.com

BagItToday — Delay in Delivery

I booked one blackberry on Bagittoday on 28th March and till today i.e 18th April, I have not got the handset but yes emails that it will be deliverd soon. Feeling cheted that to orginasation linked with In dia Today Group.

i placed an order for some jewllery for my wife thro internet from bagittoday.after that i received an e-mail and a sms about the confirmation of my order and the despatch details.but the product never reached me.after few weeks i received an e-mail and came to know that my order had been misdelivered and they had given me an offer amounting Rs.600 for my next order.after that i placed an order for a reebok shirt amounting Rs. 799/ and i made a mistake by paying the balance amount thro net banking.it was in the month of may and today is 14th july but i have not yet received my order.in this regard several correspondance had already been made but from their end always some white lie.

BagItToday — Urgent attention against fraud

Bagit today is a big time fraud company. I had placed an order more than 15 days back and they were supposed to deliver the products within 7-10 working days.However no sign of the delivery so far. I got an SMS asking me to confirm my address details for dispatch, later i called them to check the status and they said that the order is under process and will be dispatched by 10th of Nov. I continued waiting, but to my surprise even till date i have not received my order. I called them in utter frustration, and the telecaller said that they cant deliver the order as the products are out of stock. They also had sent a mail giving more excuses for not delivering the order. Why the hell had they charged my credit card if they had so many reasons for not fulfilling the customer's order. I'm looking forward to consumer court to get me the justice. I'm completely banking upon you. Please help !!

BagItToday — Product not Delivered

Hello Respected,

I have order 1 pair Reebok shoes Rs. 1098 online bagittoday.com on 13th Jan 2012, this is confirmation which i received from them "Your Order ID is: [protected].Your Order ID is: [protected]. You have made a successful credit card payment for an amount of Rs 1098, it has been so many days i have still not received products, they replied me saying that "we regret to inform you that we are completely run out of stock and hence, we are unable to send you the same".
Could you please look into this as now i don't want the products, i want my money back. My question to them was if products are out of stock, then it shouldn't be displayed on website as available.

I am facing a very similar problem with Bagittoday. They list item they dont have as 'in stock' in their website. Once payment is done they never deliver or do a refund.
