[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz General Insurance — NON ISSUANCE OF TWO WHEELER POLICY

On[protected], I have tried to renew my two wheeler insurance through Bajaj Allianz Website. I have followed all the steps and amount of Rs. 804/= was debited from my credit card towards the renewal premium. However the policy was not generated and I got a message that "due to technical reasons the policy is not generated and my Reference number is 3753309. The trace number provided is 291411. Further I have spoken to your customer service personnel on the number [protected] on[protected] at around 11.00 AM and they have assured me that policy will be generated within "1 hour" and sent to my E. Mail Address. However nothing has happened ... On[protected], I have again spoken to your customer care with interaction ID 45042195. But nothing has happened till now...
