[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz Health Insurance — Pathetic service | |||
To the concerned person, I have a medical insurance for me & family in Bajaj Allianz. In their health & wellness card cover, they have mentioned that for more details on online health server please contact: Mr Abhay khare and his phone no is provided along with his mail address. I contacted him for queries, he just told me he is not supposed to talk about it and he asked me to contact customer care. Even I tried to reach customer care, but it always puts me on hold or just ringing for that matter. Because of this irresponsible act, I am severely hurt. No one seems to care about it. I sincerely request the concerned authority to take severe action against these . i request for the cancellation of bajaj allianz in february.
but i didnt get any mail or response.
one day dey told that ya it got cancelled.
but hdfc people cald and told dat it didnt cancelled.
