Dear Sir, I son of late soudamini Ghosh had got the Policy at bajaj allianz policy no. [protected],(policy holder Late Soudamini Ghosh )in the year 2007.After her death I aske for claim the policy .I was told by bajaj allianz executive that claim is in progress.After few months competed I was told by them insurance claim could not be done ,But the pricipal amount of 25000/- will auto-surrender after the completion of 5 years .Before the 5 years completion when I went to bajaj allianz office baripada branch I was advised by them ,to claim by proper doucoment .I had done as per their suggestion .After 20 days I got the answer from bajaj allianj office (pune) the policy has been lapsed . I request them many times by hard copy and by E-Mail to return the pricipal amount without any interest . But I got the answer that the total amount has been lapsed and nothing has to refund .
