sir this is vishal gupta again policy no [protected] . i had posted a compliant against the same policy number here on 14/01/2010 about delay in the claim.
now after a battle of 6 months with the company about this claim ,at last the company has passed the claim but again its disappointing i had filed a claim of rs 30,000 with the company but they have passed only rs 10500 only. no bills for medicines, doctors fee ,nursing fee, lab fee, admission fee , and miscellaneous charges have been passed by the company .
i am enclosing the attachments of bills i had sent and also the wordings of the settlement sheet.
please do the needful the earliest my contact no is [protected].
In the hospital cash amount settled they have paid 1000 rs (max in my policy) just for 4 days that is 4*1000= 4000 but i was hospitilized for 8 days for which i had sent them the bill so why only for 4 days only and also
PHYSICIAN/SURGEON & ANEST / ASST charges settled only 4500 and why not full 8000
and so on

Dear Sir/Madam,
On 5-4-2010 I had visited Nedumangadu Federal Bank Ltd. to collect the bank statement for my organisation (Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Ltd. )which is a regular customer of federal bank. But my experiance was miserable. As I had to wait for almost 2 hours for the bank statement for my organisation on other hand one of the official Named Preetha passed indecent comment regarding my organisation while printing out the bank statement for me. This is not atall a proper way to deal with the representative of such a multi nationalcompany like Bajaj Allianz. If this is the behaviour of the employer towards the representative of such a large company then what would be there behaviour towards normal customer, so kindly consider my above complaint and do the needful. Hope you would be taking necessary steps to avoide this type of complaints .

Now NAV value of the funds are Rs. 53000 thousand. As i invested 75k but now its worth is 53k, in this situation what should i do? shall i sell the funds or what can i do in this situaltion. or shall i keep this fund for sometime, will it increase the NAV?

Dear sir,
I would like to bring to your kind notice that I had invested Rs. 50,000 in Bajaj Allianz Century Plus in Feb 2008. At the time of starting the policy, it was told by your representative Mr Suman Bannergee Bajaj Allianz agent Durgapur Branch that it is one time investment, but few days ago i received the PREMIUM RENEWAL letter asking me to pay the next premium amount of Rs 50, 000. But with this kind of breach of trust and false promises I've lost faith in the company. Kindly tell me whether and when I can withdraw the money, and what will the amount that I already invest in the fund. Kindly advise,

I tried to pay premiun for my policy through my credit cards twice and both time the transaction was unsuccessfull for Rs. 20000. It happened on 04-March-2010 and instead of my repeatedly calling them still they have just credited Rs.10000 today and telling that rest will be credited in another 4-5 working days.

I am really frustrated by their false promises and unprofessional behaviour.

I hope through this forum some one will respond back.

sir,
let me know about current unit price & value of policy.

Hi i am having Ulip policy with BALIC(Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Corporation). I have paid two of my premiums offline(counter pay /cash), this is the third year. my due date is feb 4th. paid online on 29th jan. they said that they havent received the payment. this is not my fault i have paid online facility is given in your portal not third party or some strange thing i have used. After 30 day they paid back to my account(My first PaniPat Completed) and assured the policy wont get lapsed till 30th march.
Now i have made my payments on 24th on Bajaj allianz life Parrys counter. Now i logged in and found great they have charged only Rs. 2250 /- on giving me assurance that there wont be any lapse till march 30th 2010. Is there any thing that can be done. I called one number in chennai officer Named RAM and he said company policy is like that and we charges for all like this only.
Please beware i had a poor agent, initially when a agent comes he talks differently but when we accept and pay a policy he goes in search of new one (commision). He never follows ours.
I think company intentionally trains their agents like this so that they may get some income and share with their agents.......?

After that he just won't take my call. Than I spoke to some one in the Office of Ombudsman (the number is given in the policy) The concerned person said that it is not his jurisdictation. However he promised to help me. Same day in the evening got a call from Bajaj Allianz people from Pune (earlier they won't take the call). After struggling finaly got a call on 17 March from Mysore office to collect the cheque.
