[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — Poor/rude interaction with customer false statements | |||
Dear Sir, I have a Bajaj Pulsur 220 bike purchsed in the first week of january.Every time i go for its service to the companies service center situated at 6-A Patrika Marg,Allahabad ph.[protected].Manger Mr. Manish Tiwari, they make me a fool now im fed up of them.From last two months im asking them for the tank gaurd they dont have it.There is no one responsible there at 9am to 9.45am only lower grade workers are there who even dont attend the phone call from there customer care.They say they will not talk to them.They treated me like there bondaged labour to not to move out of the premises until and unless my bike's job card is not made even my number was after 1 hour.One of the satff Tarkeshwar Mishra stoped me taking my bike out of service center.And then asking me who he is to stop me he said nothing.He told me that he is a customer,on full enquiry he was the washing manger.The gatekeeper who allots the no. came at 9.30am as the timings are 9.00am,the person incharge in his absence had no knowledge.One of the satff vinod said that he has no time to talk to me custome care[protected] said that i cant help you.Plz contact there manager.Whom should i go now there was no manager,no resposible person.
