[Resolved]  Bajaj Auto — Noise and air pollution machines

Some tiem back, the three big auto companies Bajaj, Piaggio and Mahindar has launched their 3 wheeler diesel vehicles. because of the inferior quality designs, these are nothing but pollution monsters on Indian roads. Their noise levels are so high that you can talk or hear nothing while such a vehicle is passing by. Also if you are stuck behind this kind of vehicle in a traffic jam, the smoke and noise can make you dizzy and give headache. Because of the high levels of vibrations from the diesel engines, they ware out fast than the petrol vehicles and raise their pollution levels multiple times in next couple of years.
They have:
1. High noise levels (leading to deafness)
2. high air pollution (leading to asthma)
3. more vibrations (headache and nausea)
4. ware out faster comparing to their petrol versions
5. Less acceleration which leads to traffic congestions at busy hours
Still such designs were permitted to launch, this shows how much our government cares for its citizens.
The companies are here to make quick profits and care nothing about this country. They can launch worst vehicles of our govt permits them.
I'll not be surprised if our next generations are born with deafness and asthma. Anyways our leaders were always deaf and dumb when it comes to such issues. But can at least some consumer courts take actions against these companies and force them to stop production of the pollution machines?
