[Resolved] Bajaj Finance Ltd — More amount getting debited through ECS | |||
Sir/Madam, I bought two LED televisions from bajaj electronics, Panjagutta, Hyderabad on 11/11/2012 with invoice number:MALL/CR12/42110. I took finance from bajajfinance to buy these 2 televisions. My loan sanction number is SF7499675. I logged into my account in eperia portal of bajajfinance and found that my account shows as if i bought 3 televisions. Then i contacted bajaj electronics. They said to contact a person named Dashrath whose contact number is [protected]. He said that there is a mistake in bajaj finance and will resolve it shortly. It was not resolved even after 15 days. Then i contacted Dashrath again. He said that it will take 10 more days. Then i requested him to settle by 10 days, because i don't want to get extra amount debited from my account for EMI. He said that he will definitely solve the issue well before the EMI due date. I contacted him so many times and he says that i will call you back within 1 day. He never makes a call and finally last month more amount was debited from my account. This is very bad customer care. I went to bajaj electronics and complained about the issue. They said that they will solve the problem in 10 days, but they also did not solve my problem. I again called to Dashrath and he said to contact his boss Durga prasad. I contacted him also, he said that he will resolve the problem and also asked me to put a mail to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in. I also mailed to the mail id: [protected]@bajajfinserv.in on 26.01.2013, but no reply till date. My problem was not solved even though i complained since more than 45 days. Bajaj Finance — Extra amount of debit in my bank account
I have purchased AC on finance of Rs. 20000/- in eight equal installments of Rs.2500 P.M. without interest from Bajaj finance in the month of March.'2010. For payment of installments I have issued 8 cheques of Rs.2500/- each. However it has been observed that every time an amount of Rs.25/- is being debited by Bank alongwith installment of Rs.2500/-. for which I have informed to the sales person of Bajaj finance but he has given me Toll free no. to contact , but sorry to say it is always busy whenever I have tried to contact.
