[Resolved] Bajaj Food Processor Fx-10 — Unattended complaint | |||
I bought a Bajaj Food processor- Food Factory FX-10 on 23rd Dec 2011. And surprisingly within less than one month it has stopped working and it has been 1 week exactly that I have lodged a complaint and nobody has attended as yet. On the 2nd day a technician called up but he never reached my place and on calling him back 4-5 times,he didn't even pick up the call. On calling upon customer care on the 4th day, the lady on the other side bluntly asked me to get in touch with the service center myself which I did and still than I am having nobody turned up at my place...Is it for what I have bought the food processor.?? The Croma outlet from which i bought the food processor are themselves blank as to why nobody is turning up. With this kind of service how does Bajaj thinks that their consumers will ever recommend their products? or is their any way I can get back my money refunded...??? Was this information helpful? | |||
