[Resolved]  Bajaj Pulsar 135 — VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

My name is Dijeesh,am from kannur/kerala,I will purchase a pulsar dts i 135 bike,purchase date 11/04/2010,But this bike is very bad,because shock is not good,make a disturbing sound and engine sound not good.so i went to your kannur service senter and told these complaints to your service manager/staff,but he told all the 135 bike is complaint m,odel,then what will we do?

My complaint number is 24910.i get your service center 28/05/2010.but your technetion and service manager told to me,this bike is complaint model, and he promise to me ,the shock kit will arange maximum one week.so iam came back the service center,but today i received a message from bajaj to me,this contants is ....."DEAR CUSTOMER REF CR NO IS-24910.WE TRUST YOUR ISSUE IS RESOLVED AND HOPE YOU ARE HAPPY WITH OUR SERVICE."

But my bike not checked your service center,and my problems not solved,then what we do?,,,,,,,,,,your service manager and service teams are foolish to me???
am still waiting your reply,,,.I want a proper repair/replacement this bike.otherwise am through/return the bike your sales counter KVR VEHICLES,and am going to the consumer court,,,,,,,,,,because you and your service teams not providing service to me.
