[Resolved] Bajaj Pulsar 150 cc — Manan Bajaj did not register the bike in RTO | |||
I had purchased Bajaj Pulsar in 2006 from Bajaj dealer in ahmedabad called MANAN BAJAJ. They have taken money from me for RTO registration and assured me of registration. They have a rule that original paper will be given to the buyer only after completion of loan so after 4 years i finished the loan and taken the NOC from Bajaj Auto Finance but at that time i was told that my bike was not registered with the RTO and it has no number. So now to register that bike i have to pay a sum of 15,000 to the RTO and what if i was met with an accident. This is a big scandal in which i was cheated by these people. Now they are giving any answer to my complains and they have paid me the money back of registration which they had taken from me while purchasing the bike so they also know that this is their fault.
